Coming out of the pandemic, the health and safety information that people were searching for was coming from countless different sources and no one knew what information to trust. The North Dakota Health and Human Services saw an opportunity to create a central clearinghouse featuring a wide range of indispensable health-related content from credible sources and experts to educate residents and help ensure their health and safety.
The North Dakota Health and Human Services teamed up with us to brand this new go-to resource, create a framework to house the information, and invite residents to stay current and better informed about important health issues. We came up with a brand name, theme, and visual identity to make the content hub stand out as an easily identifiable as an authentic, believable, and ever-expanding mix of indispensable content. We built out a welcoming KNOWTIFY landing page, helped design a framework for content, and produced promotional content inviting people to the site.
To announce KNOWTIFY to North Dakotans as the go-to hub for health-related information, we built out an integrated promotional campaign comprised of radio and social content along with digital promotions.
We also collaborated with a music house to create a recognizable sound mnemonic designed to make an auditory imprint of the KNOWTIFY brand to drive awareness among North Dakota listeners. This “sound logo” was also combined with an animated mnemonic as a sign-off for visual elements.
